Julia is THE BOMB! When I started her bootcamp I was NOT in shape AT ALL but that didn’t matter. She was so positive and encouraging that even though it was physically really tough I wanted to be there. There were opportunities for every fitness level to be pushed to grow without feeling bad no matter what level you were at. Julia created such a positive community. In the year+ I attended regularly my strength and stamina was pushed to a place that I didn’t even believe it could ever get. Julia is a blessing!

Julia’s Bootcamp was by far my favorite workout class I’ve ever taken. It is tough but you will see and feel real results. I lost 6 inches off my body after her 8-week program. Julia is so sweet and will motivate you to keep going and give it more than you ever thought you could. I highly recommend!

I have never been good at going to a gym. I feel uncomfortable and “unfit.” That all changed when I went with a friend to try out Julia’s class. She was welcoming, made sure everyone understood what they needed to do and also modified exercises for all fitness levels. I have never loved working out so much. I saw progress in my abilities and in my shape. I sadly have flabs again where I used to have the beginning of abs 😭 Seriously, if you’re looking to change things up, challenge yourself or just get fit, Julia is the way to go!

I never, ever thought that I would succeed in a 5am boot camp program! I am a girl who likes her sleep, and was terrified of the concept of “boot camp” But Julia gave me just the right amount of push and encouragement to keep me going and blowing past so many goals that I set for myself.
